Round and Mineral
A pure and structured Grand Cru Chardonnay. Grown in the villages of Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, it blends citrus intensity, toasty notes and chalky texture into a concentrated and expressive palate.
Vinified in stainless steel tanks, with full malolactic fermentation. Aged for 4 years on the lees.
Cellaring : 10 - 12° C, slight humidity, no light.
Serving : 8-10 °C

what our wine reveals
A luminous color and a generoux texture. Bright lemon notes give way to stewed apple, white flowers, then soften into buttery and toasty aromas and flavours. On the palate, concentration is balanced by a fine chalky tension, leading to a long, honeyed and flavourful finish.
