A Champagne blend is a choice. A conscious and deliberate act to reveal the singularity of Chardonnay grapes through two complementary expressions: the mouthwatering freshness of the Premier Crus of Vertus and Bergères-lès-Vertus, and the chalky depth of the Grand Crus of Avize, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, at the very heart of the Côte des Blancs vineyards.
In time, the mineral elegance of these crus will be complemented by the generous roundness of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, uniting Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in a balanced pursuit of harmony
